Mother’s Day

The gifts that God gave me, making me a mother.

My baby girl asked to be baptized today. She made my heart glad. We are having to postpone until next Sunday, tho, because the baptizimal pool had just been painted. But she is willing to wait.

Me and my sweetie. Do you like his hat? He was goofing off and picked it up at the store to put on. I liked it so much I talked him into buying it. I think it looks great. And it matches his tie. Maybe I’ll get him wearing more hats. =)

We listened to the message, “Mother’s Day” at church and then after service, we spent the afternoon at my mom’s house and enjoyed a fish fry. We had service again that night and then returned home.

What a great way to spend Mother’s Day!
