This and That

ok…let’s see….what’s been going on in the month of January? It’s crazy to think of how busy 2020 has already been.

The second week of January we headed up to Sandusky, Ohio for a work event for Trevor. Zion was not able to go with us, he had to go to Arizona for work. This was a big deal for him, as it was the first time he’s had to fly alone. But he had a good time work with and hanging out with Bro Wade, (it’s also nice that he works for a Believer) and was happy for the paycheck.

The rest of us got to go along with Trevor because the hotel room was big enough for all of us and his work was paying for it, so why not?? While Trevor was taking some tech classes, the kids got to participate in some of the kids classes they had available.

So we had some fun doing scavenger hunts, looking for hidden baby Yoda’s, entered some drawings, ate yummy food, played some new games and just hung out as a family.

Glorianna learned how to make yarn from spinning wool and learn a little more about knitting.

And while we were gone, we had a brother from church, who does painting, come over and paint the boys room. It was the last room in the house to finally get updated and we were happy to have it done for us when we returned home.

We bought them a new light and some storage bins and their room looks so much better now.

Well, I guess that wraps up January. February is looking like it will be busy as well, and Trevor already has several ministry trips planned for the year, so onward we go.
