October – We’ve got news!!

October brought in some exciting news. This has been in the works for a while but we were all sworn to secrecy. But now it’s no longer a secret.

Our boy’s engaged!!! Zion planned a really nice proposal and had the help of Glorianna and Camille’s sister, Grace to set things up.

Afterwards, they showed up at her aunt and uncles house, expecting it to be a “Fall Party”. I had worked with her mom and aunt to set up a surprise engagement party. So while the proposal was going on, the rest of us were setting things up at the house. She was very surprised and even tho it was hot and not very fall like in the weather, we still had a good time enjoying Zion and Camille, and some fall food and activities.

Her aunt made the cookies….aren’t they cute??

Glorianna made the cupcakes and I found these cute little toppers.

We also had some popcorn in these cute little bags. I was very happy to have been able to find some fall themed engagement decorations.

It was a very fun and exciting weekend.

The following weekend, Camille came down to visit and she and Zion went with Trevor and I on our yearly trip to Hubers. It was so much fun picking apples, eating pumpkin donuts and getting some tasty fall treats.


Glad to be married to a tall person. haha

So now we have a wedding to plan. They are shooting for the end of March. Fun times ahead!!
