Merry Christmas from our family to yours!
We had a beautiful church service Christmas morning. I love being able to celebrate the birth of our Saviour in church.
I had cooked most of Sunday’s lunch the day before, and I put a ham to slow cook in the oven while we were at church. So after returning home, I just heated up the sides and Trevor sliced up the ham while I cooked some rolls. We had a great lunch and then opened our presents. The kids bought most of the presents this year. Now that the boys have jobs and Glorianna has been selling cheesecakes, they could afford to splurge a bit. And almost everything that they got was stuff on their wishlist. So they were all very happy.
We got Azariah a new monitor for his computer and we got Zion some stuff he wanted for his piano (keyboard). I just forgot to take pictures of those.
Trevor wanted a picture with the cat. Haha.
Because Glorianna is a huge Rapunzel fan, Azariah bought her this map of Corona. (The kingdom where Rapunzel lives, for those of you who didn’t know that)
Because Zion loves Raman, Glorianna bought him his very own bowl to eat Raman out of. Haha.
If you know Trevor and his thoughts on pagan mixed with Christianity, you’ll understand why this shirt is so funny. But he loved it.
The kids all pitched in and got me these as well as some other baking things I wanted.
We didn’t have service that evening, so we spent the rest of the day playing games and enjoying some much needed family time and relaxation.
