We are still working away on our Home Projects. Since Trevor is still working from home and probably will be for at least another month, I wanted to make some more room for him in the family room. His desk as just been in the middle of the floor and it had to be moved every time we needed to use that room. So I sold our TV stand and got something smaller. Traded desks with Glorianna, giving me a smaller one and her the big one that can be used for her school and her crafts. I moved the drums and piano in to school room, the smaller desk into the family room and now we have room for Trevor’s desk against the wall.
So now my desk and Trevor’s desk are in the family room and the kids have the school room/music room.
It looks so much better now and it seems like we have more room.
We finished up school for the year and are really looking forward to summer break.
The deck and patio are still in the works. Between rain and Trevor still having to work, it’s been slow go. But we are slowly getting there. We had to haul out old dirt and rock, haul in new good dirt, flatten out the area, build a new cover for our sewer pump, lay down some pavers for the lower level patio area by the back door and we are still not done. We still have more leveling to do, plant some grass seed and we have to repair the upper deck. But it’s going to look sooooo nice when it’s done.
