Zion turned 17 on June 30th. Where has the time gone? It’s crazy to think it’s been 17 years since I first became a mother. Zion has always been my “advanced” child. He even graced the world with his presence 4 weeks early. But he never let that stop him. He’s very smart, funny, caring and thoughtful. He loves the Lord with all his heart and lets his light shine wherever he goes.
For his birthday this year he had a group of friends over and they played volleyball, corn hole and had a Mario Cart tournament. One of his friends even brought over some extra monitors and extra Nintendo Switches so several people could play at one time.
They even played a few games of “Mafia” which was so funny to watch. It was probably the most people I have had in my house at one time but it turned out really well and Zion had a great time.
