Happy Birthday to my oldest. The one who first made me a mommy 15 years ago. He is such an intelligent and caring young man. I can’t believe how fast time has flown. 15 years!! Wow!
We celebrated a little early this time (instead of late like the other two). Zion wanted to go to “Break Out Louisville” which is a place where they put you in a “Themed” room (They were held hostage and had to escape) and you have 1 hour to break out using codes and clues and your brain. Right up Zion’s alley. They were able to get the whole room to themselves instead of sharing it with someone, so that was helpful.
They broke out in 53 mins and 41 seconds. Woohoo!!!
Later I served them “Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup”….actually it wasn’t. It was a prank that Zion saw online and really wanted to do. He even made it himself. I just heated it and served it.
It’s actually strawberry sauce for the tomato soup and pound cake with white chocolate for the grilled cheese. Its a bit weird because your brain thinks its one thing and your taste buds tell you something else. But it was fun.
Then they swam while Trevor made the “real food”. He grilled out brats and hot dogs and the boys just hung out.
Happy Birthday Zion!! We love you! May you continue to grow in favor with the Lord and with those around you.
