Grilled Venison Steak and Quick Fry Veggies

Grilled Venison Steak

-Marinate the Venison, for about 5 hours, in a Viva Italian Dressing
-Season as desired.
-Slow cook on the grill till done. (the time will depend on how “done” you like your meat)

Quick Fry Veggies

-add about a teaspoon of Olive Oil to skillet.
-toss in green beans, sliced zucchini and chopped onion
-add salt and pepper to taste
-cook until slightly tender. Green beans should still be a bit crunchy, but not hard.

We had baked potatoes, too, and this made for a very wonderful meal.

-Enjoy!

    I love veggies done like this! It's the simplest way to do things, but for some reason, it always tastes so good. Maybe it has something to do with cast iron cookware? I haven't used anything else in so long, it's hard to remember 🙂
