Good Morning Everyone!
I had a nice sleep last night and nothing to do for a good 10 hours before service so I will recover from all the travel very nicely today.
I learned on my last trip to Tobago and Bequia to bring my OWN coffee if I want something more gourmet than Nescafe or Folgers instant. Here’s a picture of me in Tobago “enjoying” a cup of Folgers instant. (No disrespect to those of you who enjoy Nescafe or Folgers! God created us all different!)
I didn’t finish that cup of coffee.
I drink my coffee black, and I couldn’t finish that cup even with cream and sugar. So now I bring my own filters, a small kitchen strainer, and my newest preferred blend of 1/2 Creations Coffee Espresso Blend – 1/2 Starbucks Sumatra. Soooo dark and rich. Lovely flavor, quite smooth.
So here I am this morning, making coffee. You can hear in my voice I was still very groggy.
So here’s the end result of my second cup!
