I’ve had several requests for this recipe. Its great for those days when you don’t have time to cook. Just throw it all in a crock pot in the morning and you’re ready to go. Enjoy!!!

Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili
Calories: 203.7
Serving size: 1 1/4 cups
1 onion, chopped
1- 16 oz. can black beans
1 -16 oz. can kidney beans
1- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
10 oz. package frozen corn
2 – 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes with chilies (or you can use rotel, which i sometimes do)
1 packet taco seasoning
1 tablespoon chili powder
24 oz. (3-4) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
chili peppers, chopped
(optional–these are extras you can add to your own bowl when chili is done)
fresh cilantro
sour cream
shredded cheese
Combine beans, onion, chili peppers, corn, tomato sauce, chili powder and taco seasoning in a crock pot.
Place chicken on top and cover.
Cook on low for 10 hrs or on high for 6 hrs.
When chicken is done, removed and shred, then return to crock pot.
Mix all ingredients well and keep warm until ready to serve.
Top with optional extras as desired.
