One of the things Trevor really wanted to do on our trip was dress up fancy, have a nice dinner and take some photos. This post is going to be just that because we took so many pictures I can’t decide which ones to post and which ones not to post.
For dinner we went to Boudro’s – Bistro on the River Walk
I had steak and lobster.
Trevor had shrimp and grits.
Excellent food. Trevor had to help me eat mine because there was so much. Then the waitress gave us a free dessert in honor of our anniversary. Keylime Chess Pie
It was so fun walking around the river walk all dressed up. We got some many “Congratulations”, even though no one new what we were celebrating they could tell we were obviously celebrating something.
We had a beautiful location right outside of our hotel. No one was around so we had the place to ourselves and set up our tripod, used a handheld clicker, and just had a good old time taking pictures.
And then we went on a horse drawn carriage ride.
It was the perfect end to a perfect day.
