This should be the last and final post about our trip. Aren’t you glad? =)
Here I am at my favorite store in Gatlinburg. “The Bear Necessities”. It has a lot of really cool Scrapbook supplies and Clothing. I picked out a few things specifically to do with this weekend.
After seeing what there was to see in the Gatlinburg area, on Friday and Saturday, we went out for breakfast on Sunday morning, and then decided to sight see on the way home. One of the places we stopped at was in Corbin, Kentucky. They have a big national park there. The view from the top was awesome! They had a nice little viewing area with some old steps and such. This of course, made for the perfect photo opportunity.
Further into the park, they have a really cool Waterfall. I have never seen a waterfall that was soo brown. But apparently this area has gotten a lot of rain lately and a lot of flooding, causing the waterfall to “get dirty”. But dirty or not, it was still very pretty. So here’s a few shots of “Cumberland Falls” in Corbin, Kentucky.
After leaving the falls, we traveled a bit further into the same park, to see the “Natural Bridge.” This was very, very cool to see.
Trevor trying to reach out and hold up the bridge.
