Canning and freezing

I’ve been getting fresh produce from the Amish farm in Paoli that I get my milk and eggs from. I get a huge box once a week, and it’s hard to go through a huge box of produce in one week. Some of it gets eaten, some of it gets juiced, some of it gets frozen and some of it gets canned. I think our freezer and pantry will be well stocked this winter!

I’ve also been getting fruit from them. Time to make Jam!! I wanted to try chia seed freezer jam instead of just the normal freezer jam. It turned out sooooo good. Peach, Strawberry, Strawberry-Rhubarb and Mixed Berry. If I keep getting more fruit, I’ll just keep making more jam with what doesn’t get eaten. It’s so easy to make and oh so good.
