What have we been up to?? Well, let’s see….school, soccer, traveling with Trevor while he preaches, staying at home while Trevor travels to preach, Thanksgiving….Let’s just say we haven’t been lazy…

We went ice skating with a group from church. The kids had a blast.
It took the kids a bit to get away from the wall but then they didn’t do too bad.

A couple of weeks ago I showed Glorianna how to make paper dolls using cardboard, construction paper and sticky tack. It kept her busy for several hours.

Hair designing at gramma’s house…. I gave all of the girls matching “Princess Crowns”.

I got a new washing machine….not because I “wanted” one…but because I “needed” one. My other one died two weeks ago. Just up a quit on me. Nevermind that it was probably close to 12 years old…I realized when looking for a replacement that I’ve never actually bought a new one before. I’ve been married for 15 years and this is the third washer I’ve had. The first two were either given to me or bought used. So it was hard to decide on which one I wanted. I hate spending money. I’m a cheapskate, what can I say? … but this one has great reviews and so we finally decided on this one. So far I’m very happy with it. I’ve done several loads of laundry in it and I don’t see any reason to “hate” it. And besides….it plays a happy little tune when it’s done washing. =) I’ve never had a musical washing machine before.

A blessing….I’ve been wanting a sewing desk for a bit but just haven’t wanted to spend too much on one. A friend of mine was getting rid of this one and when I told her I was interested she just gave it to me! What a blessing indeed.

Soccer! The boys joined a homeschool soccer team this year. It was our first time with them but it was a lot of fun.

Well there you have it. And that’s not including the preaching trips.
Trevor went to Bequie (a small island in the Caribbean) for 9 days, back in October.
We all took a trip to South Carolina last weekend, where Trevor preached and we got to visit with our good friends Jack and Marie. I finally got to see their newest addition…baby Eliana is just adorable. It’s always way to short when we visit, but one day we hope to stay longer….and when we get together on the other side we will never have to part again!
