Homeschool Advice

“God made you smart enough to figure out how to homeschool your children AND not everyone does it the same way, nor should do it the same way. And whatever you do . . . don’t feel guilty.” 

I saw this in one of the Homeschool Emails I receive and decided it was very good advice, indeed.  It took me a few years to realize that certain curriculums work better for some kids and worse for others.  It took me a few years of hair pulling, stressing out, shedding tears and cries of “what am I doing wrong?” to realize I needed to explore my options.  This is the reason, (if you’ve been following my blogs in the past) that the curriculums I am using this year were chosen, based on what my children’s interest were, and not what my interest were or what everyone else was doing.

Just thought i’d pass this along, in hopes that it will help you , if you are struggling with homeschooling your child/ren.
