Black Corduroy skirt

This cute skirt was upcycled from a pair of boys black corduroy pants. I added 2 ruffles for the dressy , but casual, look. They are a size 4 but run big. This would eaisly fit a size 5. Measurements are: Waist-22 inches and Length – 17. $8.00
