A couple of weeks ago, we had some friends from Brazil at our house for a couple of days. Bro Marcio and Sis Rebecca were here about 3 years ago, but they were only here for a day and didnt bring their girls. This time, tho, they were going to be in the states for awhile, so they decided to spend 3 days with us. Trevor took some time off of work, showed them around Jeffersonville, VGR and the church. When they werent site seeing, they were shopping. haha
The girls dont speak any English at all, so it was interesting to watch them with my kids. But they all did really well. They used a lot of sign language, some drawing and even some google translater. =) They played for hours.
The girls had never seen snow before, so the little bit of a snowfall we had the day before they arrived, was pretty exciting for them.
We miss them already and hope to see them again soon. Maybe next time in Brazil. =)
Sis Daviane (Rebecca’s sister, who lives in Ohio) also came over to visit.
