Pennsylvania Trip Part One

Friday Morning, we had planned on leaving for our Pennsylvania trip, around 8. But we were late getting out of the house, and when we finally did leave, traffic was nasty. So after about a 2 hour delay, we were finally on our way. We arrived at our “hotel” on the Farm, around 9pm. Or was it 9:30pm?? We were greeted by our hosts, chatted for a bit, unpacked and headed on up to our rooms. We had a very busy week ahead of us.

Saturday Morning: Levi and Rachael’s Wedding. What a beautiful wedding it was.

Following the wedding and the very nice reception, we headed over to a family from the Local Church, for an afternoon of fellowship. The kids had a ball. There were lots of other kids to play with, and lots of fun outdoor activities. Zip line, Play house, Volleyball, Scavenger hunt, etc. And even a few games for the adults to play.

It rained off and on, and it was a bit chilly, but no one seemed to mind. We headed back to our place of abode, around 8 pm, cold and wet, but happy to be with family and friends of like precious Faith.

Sunday: We headed to Bro. David’s church where Trevor had been asked to preach. He delivered a wonderful message called “Millinium without Repentance” on Sunday Morning, and then did a teaching like talk, on Sunday Night.

The two main reasons for this trip, now being ended, the rest of our trip would be devoted to “vacation” and site seeing.
