Happy Birthday to my oldest child. I can’t believe it’s been 22 years since I first became a mom. Time has flown by way too fast. I am so proud of you, Zion. You’re an amazing friend, faithful follower of Christ and you pour your heart into all that you do.
Zion celebrated his birthday a week early, because he will be heading to BYC this weekend. We borrowed a friends backyard and set up a volleyball net, corn hole, can jam, and grilled out some burgers. Just a casual get together with friends, but it was a day well spent. A few friends even came in from out of town to help him celebrate.

Sunday night service was a bit different. Just as we got to church, the tornado sirens started going off, so we all headed to the basement. We ended up just setting up chairs and having service in the basement. God still visited us and it was a wonderful time of worship. The Lord kept us all safe and no tornados came by our way.
It was a weekend to remember.
