On Thursday, we headed to “Story Book Island”. Its a free, themed park in downtown Rapid City. Its great for kids under 8 but the boys did well at “making do”. We met up with a friend from church, who has 2 kids, hung out for a while and then got ice cream. That was a lot of fun. It was finally warm enough to actually be considered “summer”, only without the humidity, so that was also a bonus.
