And just like that my baby is 16. How has time flown by so fast? We are so very proud of Glorianna and the beautiful young lady she has become. She loves the Lord and loves to make people smile. She has a very kind and loving heart.
Azariah gave her a new game for her birthday. One that she had been wanting and also one that he likes as well, so they can play it together.
Trevor gave her a “promise ring”. She was very happy to get this. If you don’t know what a promise ring is….basically by a girl accepting this ring from her father, she is promising to keep her self pure until she gets married. She will wear this ring until it is exchanged with an engagement ring.
I gave her some more art decorations she wanted for her bedroom.
We had a casual birthday bash for her sweet 16. She didn’t want to do anything fancy. So we rented a gym and invited lots of people and had a great time playing volleyball and hanging out.
A huge shout out to our friends that helped with the decorations and food. You know who you are. We couldn’t have done it without you.
I had these shirts made for the party and surprised Glorianna with them. That was a big hit.
Charity made her the beautiful box that can be filled with memories. Some people left her little notes at the party that she was able to enjoy reading after she got home.
We also had a friend do a Sweet Sixteen photo shoot. These aren’t all of the pictures…there were a lot. But I just picked out some of my favorites to post. Even tho they are all really good.
