Glorianna’s Birthday Party

Glorianna’s Birthday Party was yesterday. She wanted a “Tea Party”. I wasn’t up to a big fancy shin-dig, so we opted for a very “low key” kind of party. It turned out very cute and the girls had fun.

I made the cupcake toppers and wrappers, used my serving trays and fancy tablecloth, and that was about it. Glorianna wanted to use her “tea set”, (but I had paper plates and plastic forks as back up, just i case). Thankfully tho, all of the girls were just fine with the small plastic plates, cups, forks and spoons.

Blowing out the “number 5” candle.

My niece, Ella, eating very daintily, with a fork. =)

Susanna, the Princess. She loves cupcakes.

Danielle B. and Lila B. Two more of the Royal Princesses.

My niece, Ava.

The whole gang. Lila. Ava, Isabele, Danielle, Susanna, Ella and Glorianna.

Present Time!! They were so cute to watch. They were all so giggly and quiet! You’d normally expect a lot of squealing and loudness from this many girls, but they didn’t make much noise at all. Us moms could have taken naps it was so quiet in the house. HA!! We banished the boys to the basement and let them play Wii. So they were pretty quiet too. My kind of party. =)

Polly Pocket Dolls. Her very first ones. =)

Playing with her new dolls.

Can you tell she likes her new “Princess Doll”?

Counting her birthday money.

The party was great. I do believe all of the girls had a good time. Glorianna sure did. She painted with her new paint set, and played with her new dolls for quit a while after the party. She said it was the best birthday ever. I see a lot of “low key” parties in the future. Who says you have to have decorations and piñatas and games galore?? Just a simple play date seems to be what my kids like best. Aren’t I lucky?!!
